INDIVIDUAL PERSONAL TRAINING
Private fitness training is the perfect option for someone who is new to exercise or looking for results such as weight loss, toning, increased strength for daily activities, or improved performance.
Most of our fitness programs start with individual sessions so that you can develop a Foundation of Fitness in the areas of Core, Muscular Strength & Endurance, Cardiovascular Endurance, Balance and Flexibility. Without a proper foundation in all of these areas, injuries and muscular imbalances can develop and hinder future results. Through various assessments and rehabilitation, we will target any areas of weakness and imbalance to get you back to feeling like you’re in your prime again! Once a proper foundation has been well established, we will discuss if it’d be best for you to continue with personal training, join Group Training, or do a combination of both.

PARTNER PERSONAL TRAINING
Bring your spouse, friend or co-worker with you to workout together. A healthy lifestyle is much easier if you’re starting it with a partner because of the support and encouragement you can offer each other! You might even find that you experience increased motivation and accountability from your partner.
What to Expect from a NuFit Personal Training program:
STEP 1: FITNESS ASSESSMENT AND CONSULTATION
All of our person training programs start with a fitness assessment. By spending this time to get to know you, your goals and your current fitness level, we can better place you in the right program. This also allows you to better understand our approach to a healthy lifestyle and to get acquainted with the studio to help you feel comfortable.
STEP 2: PROGRAM PLACEMENT
Based on your current level of fitness and desired goals, we will place you in the right program for you, whether it be individual personal training, group training or a mixture of both. We will discuss combining your personal training program with our Registered Dietitian’s Nutrition programming to help accelerate your results.
STEP 3: RESULTS
Within 4-6 weeks you can expect to see significant weight loss, increased energy, and improvements in strength, cardio, balance, and flexibility. Follow our exercise prescription closely and you will be amazed at how fast your body responds.
