Our fitness programming consists of:
Individual & Partner Personal Training – Our customized one-on-one personal training is perfect for beginners, people who have special concerns, injuries or require rehabilitation or for the person who is just looking for a personalized attention. Spouses or friends are welcome to join the session too! Every workout is designed specifically for your goals, needs and desires.
Group Training – Our small groups of 3-6 people will help motivate and encourage you to get one more repetition when you thought you couldn’t do anymore. Group training is a great mix of cardio, strength training, stretching and teamwork. Every workout is new, fresh and exciting. With a variety of group class times available, there is something for every schedule.
At NuFit, we combine our fitness programming with our nutrition programs to achieve fast, lasting results.
